A short form needs a clear explanation.
This notice describes the information submitted through the Fort Wayne Fence Repair quote form and how it is used for follow-up.
What the form collects
The visible quote form collects two pieces of information: your name and email address. The system also stores the page where the request was submitted and a creation timestamp so the owner can understand the context and order of incoming requests.
Why the information is used
The information is used to respond to your fence repair inquiry, understand which repair page led to the request, and manage follow-up. The form does not ask for a phone number, property address, payment details, or a full project description.
Storage and owner alerts
Valid submissions are stored in the project database. After a lead is stored, the system sends an owner-facing notification that includes the submitted name, email, and source page. If an alert provider is temporarily unavailable, the database record remains the source of truth.
Correction or deletion requests
A public privacy-contact email has not yet been supplied. Until it is added, reply to the follow-up message you receive and ask the owner to correct or delete the submitted lead information. This page will be updated when a dedicated contact address is available.
Security and limitations
Reasonable validation and anti-spam controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be promised as risk-free. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or account information through the quote form.
